Eton Mess= englisches Blitzdessert, dass sofort auf die Hüften geht :pfeif: Besteht aus Baiser, Sahne, Beeren und etwas Zucker...und dazu ein Gläschen Prosecco...perfekt! Soeben 3 Fläschen angesetzt ... Ich hab vom Urlaub auf Mauritius und Reunion noch so viele Vanilleschoten, zwar sind sie noch ein Weilchen haltbar, aber so eine Vanilleessenz kann man immer gebrauchen .... Danke für das Rezept!
